We are a group of technologists who sitting together vented amongst each other how hard cloud migration is. Which provider to choose? AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud… the list keeps growing.
There are some systems that require Asynchronous processing, whereas some systems require Synchronous processing. Some problems need cloud implementations of IaaS whereas some need SaaS. Some need the benefits of both and none of the problems of either so they required an implementation of PaaS. Some problems don’t need to be on the cloud at all but were still being solved with cloud based solutions.
This got us thinking and prompted us to start TechMBS where we are aim to explain to our clients if they even need cloud services and which service suits their needs. We help in understanding the costing involved in transitioning to the cloud, perform cost-benefit analysis and help clients in making informed decisions.
We then guide you through the design/architecture/development/delivery phases of the transition. We also assist in implementing a cohesive development strategy either Agile, Kanban or plain old waterfall.
